Crafted from durable 15mm-thick aluminium, the jig features three dedicated slots – enabling fast positioning of the lighter for engraving on the front/back faces, sides, and top lid without realignment. It’s ideal for high-volume or production settings where accuracy matters.

Standard M5 mounting holes on 50mm centres provide compatibility with most popular fiber and galvo laser tables. Custom hole placements can be provided on request for other machines or mounting configurations.
