Aluminium is also one of the most abundant and most recycled metals on the planet, with around 95% mined still in use, and constantly recycled. It’s a highly ductile and malleable metal that doesn’t rust and which over time develops a lovely industrial rustic appearance.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲?

This Part begins its life in a full sheet of aluminium.
It then gets cut into a flat shape cutout, using our in-house CNC cutting machine.
After this, if it’s to be folded or formed, we do so by hand on our manual press brake.

Please be aware, that our products may have some sharp edges due to the cutting and manufacturing process. We do try and deburr as much of this as we can prior to shipping. And whilst the material normally has protective film coating prior to cutting & indeed shipping, the materials are engineering products and therefore some scratches and marks may be present on the front surface or in the material itself, which is impossible to avoid, but we do our utmost to limit these during cutting and handling.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 & 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

We do our best to avoid as much plastic as possible in postage, however occasionally, if we receive items wrapped in plastic and it can be re-used, we will do so. Similarly, we may also reuse boxes sent to us.

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀

We accept returns on our off-the-shelf items, custom parts however we do not, a proof can be supplied in advance of fabrication, should you need to confirm any design before we start to work on it. Obviously all the above is subject to our standard terms.
